The TOJIRO KNIFE GALLERY was completed as a transmission base for the “TOJIRO” brand to mark the company’s 50th anniversary. TOJIRO KNIFE GALLERY is a multipurpose complex related to TOJIRO products, allowing visitors to actually see and touch our knives, and also to participate cooking classes at the kitchen studio or to experience technical part of knives in the maintenance room.

In addition to wide range of lineup including overseas models that are not available in Japan, new pre-launched products, items for meat processing industry, semi-custom-made products manufactured in the adjacent “TOJIRO KNIFE ATTELIER” and much more are on display.
You can actually touch and feel all our knife collections, and of course you may purchase them.
Maintenance room
In addition to name engraving and re-sharpening onsite, the facility is equipped with latest equipment such as microscope and cutting test machine.
Re-sharpening
Japanese people respect and cherish things that she/he is using. Re-sharpening was originated from this spirit. In our factory, we offer re-sharpening service by skillful craftsmen/women in order to maintain the best condition of your knife.
Engraving
Your name can be engraved on your purchased knife. Engraving method can be chosen by laser, machine-carving, or hand-carving.
Message or logo marks can be engraved by laser or machine carving.
Hand-carving is done by experienced artisan from our atelier. Please note, complicated letters may not be hand-engraved.
Kitchen studio
With latest equipment, capable for 12 people to enjoy cooking while actually using TOJIRO products as well as various other kitchen utensils made in Tsubame-Sanjo area.
Conference room
50-seats event and seminar space furnished with a projector and WiFi connection.
